I just got back from my WW meeting. I am down 2.6 this week for a total of 14.6 I believe. I was so sure I gained but it just goes to show you just never know. I worked all night and am so tired. I just had my breakfast of egg whites with onion, turkey and spinach. I also had a glass of 2% milk and light toast with sugar free apricot preserves and a bit of brummel and brown spread. Super yummy and feeling. I am off to sleep now but will try to post again later.
