Scarlet

Terrell is sick. He came home from school yesterday not feeling very good. When I picked him up he was sleeping, he had complained of a headache. He had a fever last night and just wanted to be held. Today more of the same but he started complaining that his mouth and throat hurt. He complained of the light bothering his eyes and was just clingy. Then I noticed a rash. All over the trunk of his body and neck. Called the doctor and in we went, even the doctor's office knew something was wrong right away because he was just not himself. Doctor is pretty sure it is strep throat/scarlet fever. He is on antibiotics and is sleeping at the moment. Looks like it is going to be a long weekend around here.
