CD 10

Sorry sorry sorry, I have been a bit busy today working and then shopping. I had CD10 blood work and ultrasound today. Uterine lining was 10.3 on my right ovary I had 3 follicles 20.5,21 and 18 I think. A few smaller ones and about 10 small ones on my left ovary. Not really sure what all this means, any insights? I am about to go search on Dr. Google to see if I can figure it out.
