Decisions

It is 2:30 in the morning and I am at work. There is a weight watcher meeting at 7:30am and I will be there. I have made my decision for myself that I have to do something. I AM FAT! I AM NOT HEALTHY. I DON'T WANT TO DIE. So for myself I am ready to make changes in my life. I guess I am going to start blogging again as well so I have a place to write out all the things I might not be able to say in real life. I may start a new blog jut for the weight loss stuff, we will see. Anyway Hi to anyone who is still out there checking in once in a while.
