So much going on

I have so many thoughts swirling around in my brain right now that I thought a famous bullet post might be in order. Come on you know you love them.

  • I am pretty sure I am getting sick
  • Of course this would happen now
  • I am event coordinating a function on Saturday
  • I have to be there for the set up
  • We have our home inspection on Saturday as well
  • Today is my parent teacher conference with Terrell's teacher
  • I need to find out how close to the end of the school year we can close without him needing to transfer schools
  • I need to write a $400 check to the attorney who will be helping us with our home purchase
  • I am scared to death about the amount of money we have to come up with
  • $7200 for the down payment
  • Another $5000 or $6000 for closing
  • plus all that stuff you don't always thing about like
  • $850 for the lawyer
  • a new fridge and a washer dryer
  • Curtains I mean I know I can get away with just shade for a while
  • Oil, we heat with oil in these parts and a few days before closing someone will go stick the tank to see how much oil is in it
  • Yeah we have to pay for that at closing
  • Homesteaders act. Although our 1st time homebuyer class told us it costs on $35 and to do it ourself at city hall
  • At closing they try to make you do it for upwards of $200
  • Home insurance
  • Packing
  • Unpacking
  • The kids adjusting
  • Me adjusting
  • We have lived here 10 years as a married couple I will be sad to leave
  • I got the doctor to give me a new prescription for Zoloft
  • Now I just need to fill it
  • T needs a haircut
  • J needs pajamas
  • Anyone got some 12 month pajamas they aren't using?
  • Did I mention I am getting sick????
Ok I think that is enough rambling for one day.

Gaaah..that is a lot of money girl!!! Hey, if you think about it send me a friend invite on Facebook. Kristi Crawford Armstrong.

Best wishes on your new home.

And here in TX, all we had to do to homestead our place was simply go to the tax office and fill out a form, for completely free.

Deep breaths... and baby steps.

I wish I had some boy stuff I could send you! I totally would. I don't even know anyone with a baby boy :(

It is all overwhelming. I wish I was there to lend a hand.

Ugh. I can so feel for you. I was sick as a dog last week. And I remember all the worries when we bought our house (and we did not have kids at the time!)

I hope you feel better!!
