House

Well for those of you that don't read my sister's blog or are my friend on facebook I have some news. We put an offer on a house Saturday and they accepted. I am beyond excited and nervous as hell. It is a pretty cape with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, finished basement and a den. It is move in ready and I am in love! Nice back yard for the kids and a quiet little side street.

This house was owned for 30 years by the same people. We actually met the man when we went to see the house. He was very sweet. You can tell the home has been well cared for and loved by them. I am excited to have a place to raise my boys. Now lets hope home inspection goes well. Closing will be some time in April or May. We told him we were flexible with that since he needs to find a place to live. Plus that way T can finish the school year here in Winthrop.
