House Stuff

We looked at the house again yesterday and we have decided to make an offer on it. Tony will be going to the realtor's office tonight to formally put the offer in writing. I am excited and scared at the same time. Kinda feeling like I want to throw up too. The upstairs bathroom needs lots of work but for the most part the rest of the house is great. Downstairs is all new upstairs just needs cosmetic stuff. Wow I might get to own a home! Wish us luck, she is asking $255 we are offering $235. Please let this all work.
