Work changes???

We had a girl at work quit. She worked the 7 to 3 shift, now that shift is being covered by alot of us. I want that shift so bad. I want to be normal and be home at night with my family. I want to spend more time with Tony. I talked to the babysitter and he is willing to watch T 2 days during the week for 35 dollars a day. Resonable if you ask me. Tony keeps saying we can't afford it, I have been a good sport went to work doing nights for over a year. I wish he could understand how much I want this. I would still be doing 3 to 11 on Friday and Saturday nights because I can handle it when it is so busy. It would be 2 days and 2 nights, total babysitting funds per week would be $90. I have to convince him that we can afford this.
