So my weekend started off horrible. Saturday on the way to work I got caught in the worst traffic. There was a water main break on Route 1, traffic backed up for miles, it took me a hour and 15 mintues to get to work. I only live a half hour a way on a bad day. Traffic was nuts and people were acting like asses. I mean come on we are all in the same boat no need to get nasty or anything. It wasn't like any of us were going to get anywhere fast anyway so why not let me get over so I can hit that exit too? Anyway it was bad and I hope I don't have to do that again anytime soon.
Today was the shower for my friend Tracey. She got so much stuff for the twins. It was a nice time and I made a new friend so that was cool. My only complaint is to the staff of Bertucci's, when having a function of 40 people schedule more than one waitress to serve them please. We were waiting over a half an hour for our soda's to show up. Other than the slowness of the staff everything was wonderful. Can't wait until Nicholas and Jillian are here.
I am at work now until 11 tonight so I guess I will go surf some blogs. Happy Sunday night all.

Glad you had fun at the shower and I bet the waitress was thinking the same thing. One for 40 people is just too hard.
Starting the weekend stuck in traffic is no fun, but sounds like the shower was good (despite the slow service - what's up with one waitress for 40 people?!). Hope your Monday was good today!
