Can I just start by saying wow! I was blown away by how many performances there were. I counted 5 in a row, now that is my kind of award show. Willie Nelson singing a Billy Joel song, too cool and Paul Simon doing Crazy was a bit strange but in a good way. Loved loved loved Sugarland's performance but then again I love them as a band anyway. I started falling asleep towards the end so thank god for TiVo, I got to rewind and see Dolly and Elton together. Dierks Bentley sounded a little off but hey you can't always be in your top games and Garth in Times Square, ehat can I say? Pure magic as always.
Now the clothes, what the hell was LeeAnn Womack thinking in the hideous black dress that was way to tight? Not to mention that she needed to learn to stand correctly. Yuck yuck yuck it was bad, she did redeem herself in the green dress she wore to perform much better for her and she looked like she could breathe.
Sara Evans Hun what was your dresser thinking when she put you in that black billowy dress to perform? It made you boobs look like they sagged and you also looked pregnant. Not a good choice at all.
Alison Krauss did no one tell you that when you would be performing that a bright ass light would be on you and that you would be able to look right through that white dress? Did we learn nothing from Princess Di? My husband really enjoyed your silhouette though so I guess that is something.

Sorry I missed this...I'm just so out of the loop. Michele sent me.
PS I'm a native of the South Shore of Boston.
Well, I don't like country music but now I wished I watched it. Sounded pretty good.
