Getting into the spirit of the season

I am feeling so much better! What a difference a night makes. I actually had the energy to finally put the ornaments up on the tree. Terrell had so much fun helping me. We had Christmas music on and were dancing around as we decorated the tree. I can tell it is going to take repeated warnings not to take the ornaments off the tree. Oh well can’t expect anything more from a 19 month old. The tree looks great and I put T down for a nap then got busy on the living room. I got it all decked out except for the lights in the window that are Tony’s job. Hope he will do that soon. I have a Christmas berries tart in the tart burner and the house smells like a Christmas tree. Oh yeah before I forget I am a real goof. I decorated the baby gate blocking the living room from the computer room. I put 10 little red bows on it and wrapped the top with silver garland. I am happy to say it looks nice. Very festive. I think I will take care of the kitchen either later tonight or tomorrow. Not much to go in there just the salt and pepper shakers and the napkin holder, place mats and my snowman cookie jar.
